Every workspace is on a plan. A new workspace starts on Free. Your plan, how much of it you have used, and what each plan includes are on Settings → Plan.

Plans and prices

GitHub and the dashboard are always included, on every agent, and never count as a channel. A turn is one message from a person that sends the agent back to work: the message that starts a conversation, and each reply that asks for more. Work the agent does inside a turn, retries, and its own tool calls are not turns. An active requester is a person who opened at least one case that month. People who asked nothing that month cost nothing. You bring the Mac and your own Claude Code or Codex subscription. Model usage is between you and your model provider; no plan marks it up.

Upgrade to Solo

Owners and admins can buy Solo themselves. Payments are processed by Razorpay. On a plan below Solo, the dashboard’s top bar shows Upgrade, and the Start on Solo button on our pricing page brings you to the same place, through sign-in.
1

Open Settings → Plan

Choose Upgrade to Solo.
2

Choose how to pay

Indian rupees, by card or UPI. Rupee prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added, and the invoice shows it.
3

Pay in Razorpay's window

Your card or UPI details are entered with Razorpay, not with us.
4

Solo starts

The plan changes as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment to us. Until then Settings → Plan says it is confirming.
Solo renews every month until you cancel it. Razorpay’s invoices are listed on Settings → Plan. When the dashboard refuses something because of your plan (a second agent, a second channel, agent email, the live view, files on Telegram) it names the plan that includes it and links to Settings → Plan with that plan picked out. An agent saying so in a channel names the plan and points you to Settings → Plan in Agentick.

Solo’s turns are fair use

Solo includes 1,000 turns a month, and nothing stops when they are used. When the workspace reaches 80% of them, and again at 100%, its owners see a note on Settings → Plan and get one email. If a workspace keeps going far past them, we may get in touch to talk about a plan that fits.

Cancel and resume

  • Cancel from Settings → Plan, any time. Solo carries on to the end of the period you have paid for, nothing more is charged, and then the workspace moves to Free.
  • Resume from the same page, any time before that date, and Solo carries on renewing.
  • To pay in the other currency, cancel and buy Solo again in that currency.
  • We don’t refund the rest of a month after you cancel, unless the law requires it. See the Refund and cancellation policy.

When a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it, and Solo carries on meanwhile, and Settings → Plan says the payment is failing. If Razorpay gives up, the workspace moves to Free, and nothing is deleted.

Team, Business and Enterprise

These are arranged with us and invoiced. To talk about one, write to support@agentick.xyz. We can also put your workspace on a larger plan for a set number of months while you evaluate Agentick; Settings → Plan then shows that plan and the date it ends. A plan we arrange this way applies whenever it includes more than the plan you pay for.

Founding

Workspaces that joined before plans existed are on Founding, which includes everything. Founding terms end on a date shown on Settings → Plan; before then we agree with you the plan you move to.

At a limit

  • Adding past a limit: a second agent, runner, member or channel is refused, and the dashboard says which limit, beside the button that would add it.
  • Free’s 100th turn of the month runs as usual. After it, the agent tells you once, where you asked, that this month’s turns are used and when it will pick the work up: the 1st of next month, UTC. The work waits; nothing is lost.
  • Live view pages say it isn’t included instead of opening.
  • Files on Telegram on Free: the bot says files aren’t included in the plan, and nothing reaches the agent. See Connect Telegram.

When a plan ends

When a paid plan, an arranged plan or Founding ends, the workspace moves to the plan it is on otherwise (Free, unless you pay for Solo), and nothing is deleted. What goes beyond that plan stops taking new work, and says so: an agent past the plan’s count waits until the plan includes it again, and a channel past it opens no new conversations.
